Pickled olives
"LECCINE" AND “TERMITE DI BITETTO” OLIVES
The "Leccine" and the "Termite di Bitetto" olives are the Apulian typical ones and they are cultivated in the company. After 6 months in which they fermented and matured in pickle, the olives are ready to be consumed. They are particularly appetizing thanks to the presence of fresh aromatic herbs.
Gluten-free product.
"BELLA DI CERIGNOLA" OLIVES
The "Bella di Cerignola" olives are native to Daunia (North East of Bari), and their characteristics are the big size so as to be called "giant" and the strong and firm taste. The olives are put in jars with aromatic herbs directly cultivated in the company.
